It's wonderful to have a good relationship with your neighbors. You can help each other out on occasion, and visit, and sometimes it's just nice to talk about it.

In a conversation with a friendly neighbor and want to be extremely honest, forgetting that you are facing a stranger. No wonder that too much honesty can come out sideways later.

 1. RELATIONS WITH NEIGHBOR.

There are some things you shouldn't discuss with strangers who live next door to you. The difficulty is that these are quite ordinary topics, which are difficult to avoid both when meeting and in everyday conversations. But it's worth trying for sure.

2. Profession.

First of all, there are happy owners of the most useful professions such as doctors, electricians, plumbers, car repair workers, programmers. Suffice it to say that you are special in some business, and the interlocutor will certainly have a job for you. If not today, then tomorrow. If not for him, for his acquaintances.

Do you work as a vet? If the neighbor's pet gets sick, you'll definitely have something to do after work. It's okay that there are no suitable conditions at home, and after a 12-hour shift at the vet clinic, you also want to rest.

It is not a fact that your neighbors will be insolent, but there is a good chance that those who want to load you with extra work will find. Paying for services? But that's not neighborly, and it's not far from a fight.

  3. Absence time.

Only close and trusted people should report long absences, such as those who are asked to look after the vases or feed the cat. You should not tell all your neighbors about this, as in this case, for example, the risk of robbery increases.

And do not think that the robbers will be the people who live nearby. But they can share this information with someone else (even unknowingly, in conversation). And what if among the friends of your good-natured neighbor there is someone who is not friends with the law?

4. Money and valuables.

It is not customary to brag or even just tell about your income, but many people continue to do so. And even if you do not worry about the unexpected visit of apartment thieves, there will surely be those who will regularly ask for money in debt. And the other question is whether.

5. Bad habits. 

You can do whatever you want on your own territory, especially indulging in your bad habits. However, you should not tell your neighbors about your own weaknesses, even in passing. After all, if you smoke, then in case of a tobacco smell in the entrance, the neighbors will probably think of you first thing, even if it's not your fault.

And it's enough to get your neighbors in front of you while you're drunk or chatting, as you had a good rest yesterday with your colleagues, and the reputation of a drinker is ensured.

6. Information about loved ones.

You should not only talk about yourself but also about your family members. A talkative neighbor does not need to know that you are married for the fourth time, or that your son has a bad temper. 

People tend to share information by adding something "from themselves". As a result, even unimportant data can be exaggerated and twisted so that the attitude of others towards your family will not change for the better.

Of course, it is easy for someone to keep a distance with the neighbors, and someone wants to get to know each other, to establish good neighborly relations. Everyone chooses a pattern of behavior that is closer to him, with which he is more comfortable.

However, frankly with everyone, do not forget that such openness can be detrimental not only to you but also to close people.
