Why put a thread on a toothbrush ?

Thread

According to independent research, more than half of humanity needs to wear glasses or lenses after 16 years of age. Of course, not everyone is able to do this, and some people are not even aware of their vision problem. Everything is simple, for example, work has nothing to do with small details, and vision deteriorates gradually.

Then the regression of vision will also go unnoticed.

With age, when even with glasses not all household operations can be quickly performed, sometimes to the aid of some worldly tricks or auxiliary means. For example, how to get a thread in a needle, if there are no glasses at hand or someone with good eyesight?

HOW TO THREAD

But let's first share some interesting facts with you.

The oldest sewing needles were found in southern France and Central Asia. They are about 20,000 years old! Primeval people sewed thick animal skins using sharp animal and fish bones.

The needles in Ancient Egypt were very similar to modern analogues, but instead of the ears they had a small hook to which they attached a thread.

It wasn't until the Middle Ages that the needles got to Europe. They were brought there by Eastern merchants. The situation with steel in the East was much better, so local gunsmiths often created sewing needles.

Only in the middle of the XIX century in England were invented machines capable of making an ear in a small piece of wire. That's how modern needles appeared, which every house in our country has.

Well, it's time to go straight to the very method.

YOU'RE GOING TO NEED

  • thread
  • 2 needles
  • toothbrush
1. The color of the toothbrush bristles should contrast with the color of the floss. Then the individual parts will be more visible. For example, white bristles and black floss.

2. Put the toothbrush on the table with the bristles up.  Put the thread on the brush gently, don't press it down.

3. Lean the needle eye on the thread. This operation may not be 100% accurate and that's a plus for the visually impaired. Now just press the needle onto the bristles all the way to the base of the brush. Since there are a lot of bristles and they're small, they'll push the thread into the ear. The important thing is that a thin thread gets into it.

4. When a needle loop has penetrated through the eye, gently extend it using another needle. Here we go!

5. This is the easiest way to get rid of another home problem. Seems like a big deal, but people at your age won't agree with you.

If you have older relatives, you can, first of all, check them out and help with household chores at least a little. And secondly, you can tell them about this simple life story and then the world will be a little better. "Super kakkar" wishes all the best for you and your loved ones!
