Firstly, the program will do everything automatically, and secondly, you can inspect it at any time. The price, certainly, can upset you, but nerves are more expensive, right?


4. Friends.



If you are not afraid to be heard among your friends as an oddball (although it is quite possible that this has already happened), then you can use their help. It's almost like with neighbors who involuntarily baptize when they see you, but the principle is slightly different. When you leave the house and close the door, call Lucy, for example, and tell her this: "Lucy, I've just closed the door to the apartment, but I can forget about it. So when I get paranoid, I'll call you again. Please calm me down, say it's okay. Thank you!"
